Shipping & Returns

Refunds and Return Policy

Jaksco must be notified of a return prior to shipping! All returns must be approved! Don't return without letting us know why they are coming or when they are.

We do our best to minimize returns! If a return is received without notification, a store credit will be issued.

Please read all product descriptions carefully. We try to give details on sizing and fit in all descriptions. Feel free to e-mail or message us with any questions on any products, as we are happy to help figure out your perfect fit.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Earrings are nonrefundable or exchangeable due to hygiene.

Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your tracking number. If you return an item after this, we cannot accept it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, you will be issued a refund, for the returned item.

Exchange Policy

Due to high volume and high orders, we are not always able to do exchanges. If you need to exchange different size send us an email at jakscooo@gmail.com. We will do our best to make sure your product fits!
